From the seller

This is brand new. I can't list it that way because of the restrictions Reverb places on approved vendors for listing new products. I have several of these and 2 months ago I bought another pair. I've decided to see one of the pair for consolidation reasons. To me, for the money these are the best sounding most durable mics that can be used for numerous applications. Runs on 48v Phantom Power. Here's the basic overview. ·Capsule: Large-diaphragm capsule derived from the K67/87 capsule used in the U 87. [ ·Polar Pattern: Cardioid (high off-axis rejection of rear and side sounds) ·Frequency Response: 20 Hz – 20 kHz with a wide presence boost of about 4–5 dB for frequencies above 5 kHz. [ ·Self-Noise: Extremely low at 7 dB-A, making it one of the quietest studio microphones available. [ ·Max SPL: 138 dB for 0.5% THD (131 dB dynamic range). ·Circuitry: Transformerless output stage, which preserves fast transient response and lowers cost/weight compared to traditional transformer designs. [ ·Power Requirement: +48V phantom power. ·Included Accessories: Wooden jeweler's box and an SG 1 swivel stand mount Does not come with the Neumann shock mount.
