From the seller

UA SD-1 Dynamic Microphone - Excellent condition This microphone was used briefly for teleconferencing in a smoke-free home studio. It has been fully tested and verified to be operating like new. It ships in its original box. The photos show the actual microphone for sale, so you can confirm its condition. Technical description: The SD1 is a broadcast dynamic with a Cardioid polar pattern. It was physically modeled on the Shure SM7B, but has a brighter, more open voicing. Two EQ switches provide independent control of a first-order (6dB/octave) high-pass filter at 200 Hz, and an "articulation boost" that creates a presence peak in the 3-5kHz range. Here is the conclusion from Tape Op Magazine's review of the SD1: "this is a rock-solid, well-built, “meat-and-potatoes” dynamic mic – and it’s available for around $100 less than the current retail on a Shure SM7B. If you’re in the market for a versatile go-to vocal mic that’ll stand the test of time, the SD-1 is one of the most compelling current offerings."
