From the seller

Vintage Neumann SM69 Tube microphone. This microphone was originally a SM23c and was converted to a SM69 using a NOS 1960s KK69 spare head. Both mics share the same circuit and body parts. The SM69 uses two K67 capsules while the SM23 uses two nickel capsules. This SM69 works and sounds great. The AC701k tubes are super quiet and the circuit has been professionally serviced. Aside from some scratches on the body tube, this microphone is in top shape. The head basket and K67 capsules are in new condition (although 60 years old!). Everything very clean and original. This SM69 set comes with a modern Schaal (Germany) power supply, a 25ft Gotham (Switzerland) cable with original Neumann swivel mount, mic pouch, and waterproof case. This is a rare piece and great for many types of recordings. Its a very sought after microphone that is rarely available for sale. The SM69 tube is the stereo version of the U67, or, more precisely, the M269. U67 and M269 are the same mic, except for the type of tube they use. It can be used in a number of sources such as vocals, over heads, piano, guitars, upright bass, accordion, etc. Shipping rate includes insurance . I ship worldwide. Local pick up in Nashville available.
