From the seller

Good working order, the Bass knob isn't sitting flush to the face plate, but doesn't hinder usability. A little goes a long way with this thing, it won't fix anything wrong in the mix, but great for mix downs or buses for just tweaking tightness or bloom on bass and particularly with ability to change the stereo width. Only have limited rack space and I tend to rotate this with an SPX90 dependant on mood and need, the SPX90 tends to get the nod more often than not hence sale. Comes with figure of 8 power cable to connect into 3 pin UK power socket The SPL 9736 Stereo Vitalizer Jack is a 1U rackmount psychoacoustic signal processor Bass: Switchable or variable response offering a choice between "soft" and "tight" low-end shaping. Mid-Hi Tune: Shelving filter that selects the centre frequency of the psychoacoustic enhancement (ranging from 1 kHz to 20 kHz). Process: Overall intensity and level adjustment for the effect. Brilliance: Dedicated control for high-frequency air and clarity. Stereo Expander: Adjusts speaker-boundary imaging using opposite-phase signals to widen the stereo field. Connections: Unbalanced jack and gold-plated phono (RCA) inputs and outputs, with an internal power supply Bypass Switch: Hard/power-failure bypass relay
