1976 Fender P Bass, left handed, sunburst with maple fretboard. 9 pounds.
The bass looks like it was resprayed with clear over the worn original finish. The body is in good shape, with dings and dents as shown in the photos. All the hardware and electronics are original from what I can tell. Date code on the pots is to 1974.
The bass plays and sounds great. It's got fairly new Rotosound roundwounds and it's set up with medium-low action, so it plays with a bit of clang when you dig in. The frets have have some wear, as seen in the photos, but they've got some life in them still, and the bass plays nicely.
The neck is stamped "J Torres" and the neck pocket is stamped "D Reed"
Original left handed hardshell case is in very good condition, and the original hangtag is included as well.
