Condition is good with minor signs of age and wear. Not perfect.
Tested and working well. Video Demo Available.
Pins on the XLR are a bit loose but do not affect functionality or ability to get plug inserted. It's a standard XLR inner part which could be replaced if you are good with a soldering iron. But it works and is not a problem as-is.
Examine the photos closely. You will get what you see.
