Great version of the studio workhorse AKG 414. The limited edition has components selected for tighter tolerances than the standard versions. It's in good cosmetic condition but works just fine. As anyone who owns 414s knows, the shockmount rubber pads wear out easily. This does not include the shockmount, but it does include the standard AKG 414 case.
