The PreSonus StudioLive SE16 is a 40-channel, 26-bus digital mixer with 17 motorized faders, a 64x64 USB audio interface, and Milan-certified AVB audio networking in a subcompact, rack-mountable split-fader frame. It delivers pristine, ultra-low noise studio-quality sound to the stage with an arsenal of audio processors and effects including digital models of coveted EQs, compressors, limiters, and reverbs.
Mixing and DSP
The StudioLive SE16 provides 16 FlexMixes configurable as auxes, subgroups, or matrix mixes, four dedicated effects buses, four subgroups, and 24 DCAs. The Dynamic Fat Channel design with 8 scribble strip displays provides fast visual access and customization. All 7 EQs and 8 compressors from the Fat Channel Collection are included, modeled after iconic hardware. Extended reverb parameters include diffusion, predelay, room size, and advanced damping.
Recording and Interface
Record every channel and mix with the onboard 34-track SD recorder or the integrated 64x64 USB audio interface. One-click Virtual Soundcheck with Capture software enables seamless playback through the console's processing chain. The mixer offers seamless compatibility with Studio One Pro and leading DAWs.
AVB Networking and Remote Control
Milan-certified AVB networking connects effortlessly to StudioLive Stage Boxes and any Milan-compatible I/O. Metro remote access allows live mixing over the internet, and QMix-UC enables personal monitor mixing from mobile devices. Universal Control provides complete remote control of every mix aspect from routing to effects.
