From the seller

For sale: an original Roland TR-808 from 1983, one of the most legendary drum machines ever created. The TR-808 shaped the sound of hip-hop, electro, house and techno for decades and remains one of the most sought-after drum machines in electronic music history. This unit features a full MIDI modification (IN / OUT / THRU), which is relatively rare on vintage TR-808s and allows seamless integration with modern studio setups such as DAWs, MPCs and hardware sequencers. Specifications Year: 1983 Original vintage unit MIDI retrofit: IN / OUT / THRU Fully syncable with DAWs, MPCs and hardware gear MIDI mapping: C1 to A1# Fully functional Condition Very good condition considering its age (40+ years). Notes: The step buttons are slightly stiff, which is common on vintage units, but everything works perfectly.
