Re-Purposed 8 trk to: Programmable Vintage 70’s Beatbox/Rhythm Machine + FREE fully featured Fully Portable Digital 8Track Multi-Track recorder with effects I love the sound of vintage electronic rhythm Machines from the 70’s, but always missed with the original vintage machines that they were not programmable and pre-set machines only. Thus I experimented over the years with sampling vintage machines and use the samples on a sample based machine to create my own vintage BeatBox sounds and patterns - Here a well working result: a drum machine fully programmable and sample based to import your own samples (.wav) - plus: Get the fully featured fully portable quite capable digital 8 track multi track recorder in this machine in addition as an extra at no extra cost - The 8 track also has: built-in effects, built-in Mics and can run on batteries - at the size of a book and it can exchange data with a computer. Use a USB CF card reader for that, as BOSS no longer provides a driver to connect to modern computers directly via USB and to edit audio on a computer that was recorded on this deck requires the BOSS editing software, which is obsolete, but still can be used, if you have an old computer. The BR-600 provides eight simultaneous playback tracks, but there’s more than meets the eye.
