From the seller

WA73-EQ The Warm Audio WA73-EQ is a single-channel, Class-A microphone preamplifier and 3-band equalizer designed to authentically reproduce the legendary sound of classic British 1073-style consoles. Core Architecture & Components Fully Discrete Signal Path: Built entirely with discrete transistors rather than integrated circuits, relying on custom UK-made Carnhill Transformers to provide sweet, classic harmonic saturation when pushed. Premium Capacitors: Uses high-end tantalum and polystyrene capacitors throughout the audio path to maintain low-noise performance and smooth high-frequency response. Hand-Assembled Build: Hand-wired and hand-assembled in a robust 19-inch rack-mountable unit (1 RU space). Key Features & Controls 80dB Stepped Gain: Features a resistor-stepped rotary gain switch that offers up to 80 dB of clean gain, making it powerful enough to handle low-output ribbon and dynamic microphones. 3-Band Inductor EQ: Includes a custom inductor-based EQ section with Blore Edwards dual-concentric pots. It features a low-frequency shelf (35–220 Hz), a mid-frequency bell band (360 Hz–7.2 kHz), and a high-frequency shelf (10–16 kHz). High-Pass Filter: An inductor-based 4-position high-pass filter selectable at 50 Hz, 80 Hz, 160 Hz, or 300 Hz helps control unwanted low-end rumble. TONE Button: Changes the input transformer impedance from 1200 ohms to 300 ohms, shifting the overall coloration and optimized performance across various microphones. Inserts & Connectivity: Outfitted with front-panel XLR and TS instrument DI inputs, alongside rear-panel XLR mic and TRS line inputs. Unbalanced TS send/return jacks allow you to easily insert external gear like hardware compressors into your signal path. I'm selling two of these units here on Reverb. Let's make a deal for both.
