Adjustable crossover frequencies allow precise control over the Low, Mid, and High bands, making it possible to shape dynamics without compromising the natural balance of the original signal. The SMC 2B combines the warmth and character of tube circuitry with the smooth, transparent response of optical compression. Its versatile design makes it equally suitable for subtle mix bus processing, mastering, drum buses, instrument groups, and individual tracks.
