These have been in their boxes since 2017. I only used them a couple of times. The sound is unbelievably clear. I bought them on the recommendation of friends, a family of musicians and audio engineers which included Alex Sadkin, the late director of Compass Point Studios in Nassau (Grace Jones, Marianne Faithfull, Robert Palmer, Joe Cocker, Talking Heads, James Brown, the J. Geils Band, Thompson Twins, Classix Nouveaux, Foreigner, Duran Duran, Simply Red, Arcadia, Robbie Nevil and Paul Haig). These speakers have, as mentioned, received very little use, were kept in a non-smoking environment, and are practically brand new. They're very easy to set up and use, and the sound is phenomenal. Manual and cables are, of course, included. You will not be sorry. Platinum Editions are not very common.
