From the seller
For sale is an original 1970s DBX 163 Over Easy Compressor with its original wood side panels.
This classic unit has a few minor scuffs consistent with its age but remains in excellent overall cosmetic condition and is in excellent working order.
A great example of the classic DBX “gold can” VCA sound, the 163 is versatile across a wide range of sources and particularly great on drums. A vintage compressor with plenty of character and a distinctive sound that has made DBX a studio staple for decades.
