From the seller
Otari PB9A382 head stack for 1/2" 4-track format, fits Otari MTR-10 and MTR-12 II. Head stack has been professionally relapped by JRF Magnetic Sciences - the industry standard for head restoration.
Clean, complete, and ready to install. These stacks rarely come up for sale, and a JRF-relapped example rarer still. If your MTR's heads are worn out, this drops right in - no rebuild wait, no shipping your stack off and back.
Looks clean but no way to test.
